At Mannion & Lowe, we work with clients on a variety of insurance disputes arising under a variety of circumstances.

Insurance Law

We represent plaintiffs in disputes with their own insurance carriers and with the insurance carriers of parties that have harmed them. If you have paid your premiums and you are having difficulty receiving the coverage you believe you are entitled to, we can help. We will examine your policy and provide interpretation on the terms. We will also aggressively pursue negotiation and litigation with your insurance carrier to get you the coverage you are entitled to.

Personal Injury

A division of our practice is dedicated to representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. If you or a loved one has been injured as the result of a dangerous or defective product, an auto accident, or a fall on dangerous or neglected property, we can help. We will negotiate with the insurance company to see that you receive compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and any other losses that are a result of the injury.

You do not have to simply accept an insurance company’s offer. We will go to work for you to see that you receive fair compensation.

Contact us anytime to discuss how we can help you with your injury claim.

Property Disputes

We have successfully represented clients in property litigation matters. If you purchased residential property based on assertions about the condition of that property, and those assertions turned out to be wrong, you have recourse. Whether you have been misled intentionally, through negligence, or if there is a construction defect in your property and you subsequently suffer damage, you are entitled to seek financial compensation.

You expect your property to be in the condition that you are informed it is in. When that condition is misrepresented to you, we will go to work to hold responsible parties, and their insurance companies, accountable for your loss.
